10:33 PM A Daydream |
A Daydream Far away in my mind I see rain drops falling from the sky. The moon light shimmering your eyes are twinkling. Can’t walk away for I’m frozen in time if only for this glance you’d be mine. Then I’ll have yet another moment embedded My heart says just let it… Be At least it’s something. A warmth fills me up till I’m full, but I walk remembering boundary rules. Treasuring that very second as if it was gold having myself to hold. Protecting what has been achieved never to in any form deceive. Friends are worth more than love being involved just messes things up. So I play Cinderella for a day then I go home and stay the same. It was just a moment, and a harmless glance my temperature rising while my heart does a dance. Still I’m content walking alone my heart decides it doesn’t need a home. The sun begins to rise, and as I write I realize… You can’t live in the past it would never last. A change internally isn’t under my control it happens and leaves beauty inside to behold. Search and you’ll see A rainbow following… My daydream. |
